Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, tags, manuals, and complimentary items

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products once opened or used

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cravzysupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and other applicable charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
